Worried about cholesterol?

Avoid this

Be inclined to agree with Zoe and all the doctors who support STOPPING the ingestion of PROCESSED, CHEMICALly TREATED FOODS! And INCREASING the consupmption of all those foods YOU KNOW are necessary for FEEDING your body.

With this

And this

Ingest vegetables, nuts and seeds that will SWEEP the excess cholesterol where it belongs (instead of lodged in an  artery).

Remember to take your vitamin D!

And (only ONE of) these a day!

Decrease alcohol,

and for YOUR sake

STOP SMOKING! Do people really still smoke???

STOP financing the lifestyle of pharmaceutical heads, people.

START taking responsibility for yourself: exercise (do something for at least half an hour a day) and EAT (what you know is) RIGHT!

One reason the best normal to test against is one's self, is our body produces this life sustaining substance as it is required to us, individually. For example, if ill, stressed, recovering from injury/ surgery or pregnant, any or all of the above might encourage our body to produce more cholesterol - making cholesterol levels higher than maybe the next person.

So, in other words, it might be necessary for some of us to have "higher" cholesterol.

Zoe actually shares on her blog, that she refuses to take the cholesterol test. And as for the "medication" recommended for "reducing" cholesterol levels, Zoe is adamantly against it!

Considering this medication, or STATINS as we know them, basically STOPS the production of cholesterol, her position (along with that of many other professionals who have spoken against the use of statins) is to NOT, STOP, NEVER take statins - unless the circumstances are so dire stopping the body's production of cholesterol immediately, is life saving...keeping in mind that cholesterol is CRUCIAL to the function of EVERY LIVING CELL IN OUR BODY. Without cholesterol, our cells will die... if our cells die, our body dies. If our body dies we KNOW what that means for our selves.
